Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 31, 2021. Motion by the appellant Benjamin Hentel and DRA Imaging, P.C. to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant Richard Jiao to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
