Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 23, 2022, is modified to permit the parties to submit to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, the stipulation annexed to the appellant's motion papers as Exhibit B, for further action thereon.
