Motion by the respondent for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 19, 2023, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Motion by the respondent's assigned counsel, inter alia, to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondent and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondent's assigned counsel and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
