Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a brief is granted on the condition that the brief is filed and served in accordance with this Court's rules on or before March 13, 2023, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to upload certain documents is denied without prejudice to a motion to re-settle the record on appeal in Supreme Court (see Stewart v Soda, 239 AD2d 966 [4th Dept 1997]; 22 NYCRR 1250.7 [g] [3]; 1000.7 [b] [3]).
