Now, upon the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that Thomas Pelych, Esq., 11 Pearl Street, Hornell, New York 14843, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Steuben County, entered July 19, 2022, in place and stead of Sujata Ramaiah, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Steuben County Family Court Clerk provide Thomas Pelych, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
