Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Herkimer County, entered September 15, 2022,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks the assignment of counsel is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person is denied.
Memorandum: Appellant may renew her motion only insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person. Should appellant do so, the motion must include an affidavit that identifies the dependents that appellant supports in her household, including their relationship to appellant and their dates of birth, and sets forth, among other things, the gross monthly household income from all sources that is currently received and the assets that appellant and her husband own, including real property, with their fair market value.
