It is hereby ORDERED that Brian Degnan, Esq., 81 Main Street, Suite 206, Batavia, New York 14020, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered September 20, 2022, in place and stead of Mark Funk, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Brian Degnan, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
