Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 4, 2018. Application by Ioannis Giannikakis, as administrator c.t.a. of the estate of Marguerite A. Giannikakis, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Emanuel Giannikakis, former executor of the estate of Marguerite A. Giannikakis, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Ioannis Giannikakis, as administrator c.t.a. of the estate of Marguerite A. Giannikakis, is substituted for the deceased respondent Emanuel Giannikakis, former executor of the estate of Marguerite A. Giannikakis, and the caption is amended accordingly.
