| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 5, 2019. Motion by the respondent to substitute Janet Booth and Diana Bennett, as executors of the estate of Eugene Hubbard, for the deceased appellant Eugene Hubbard, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the appellant Eugene Hubbard.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Janet Booth and Diana Bennett, as executors of the estate of Eugene Hubbard, are substituted for the deceased appellant Eugene Hubbard, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Eugene Hubbard, is vacated.
