| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 4, 2020. Motion by the appellant to substitute Vincent Carillo, Jr. and Christopher James Carillo, as executors of the estate of Vincent Carillo, for the deceased respondent Vincent Carillo, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the respondent Vincent Carillo.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Vincent Carillo, Jr. and Christopher James Carillo, as executors of the estate of Vincent Carillo, are substituted for the deceased respondent Vincent Carillo, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Vincent Carillo, is vacated.
