2022-08976 In the Matter of Saudika Saudia Singh, respondent, v Jagmohan Singh, appellant. (Docket No. F-13062-2014)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Jagmohan Singh from a purported order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 2, 2022. By order to show cause dated November 23, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 2, 2022, was issued in the above-entitled proceeding. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied as academic.
DILLON, J.P., MALTESE, WOOTEN and WARHIT, JJ., concur.
