ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 22, 2022, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered February 18, 2021, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "October 27, 2020" and substituting therefor the date "February 18, 2021."
