Motion by appellants for a stay of eviction pending determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Monroe, Orange County, entered August 22, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellants perfect the appeal on or before April 18, 2023; and it is further,
ORDERED that, in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before April 18, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
