DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 8, 2022. Motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and assignment of counsel. Application by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to respond to the appeal:
