Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 2, 2022. Application by Matteo Godi, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondents on the appeal.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal and the application are transferred to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department for determination (see NY Const, art VI, § 4[i]); and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with this appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department.
