DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated November 15, 2021. Motion by the attorney for the child to direct the respondent to produce the subject child for an interview and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the production of the subject child is granted, and on or before April 7, 2023, the respondent shall produce the subject child for an interview at the office of the attorney for the child or produce the subject child at a location where the child can speak confidentially by telephone or video conference with the attorney for the child; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and on or before May 8, 2023, the attorney for the child shall serve and file a brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
