Motion by Johanna L. Canelo for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated February 2, 2023, and to stay enforcement of the order dated February 2, 2023, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-01504, pending hearing and determination of the appeals or, in the alternative to vacate the order dated February 2, 2023, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-01504.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
