Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 3, 2023.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 3, 2023, that granted the appellant's motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 is amended by deleting the first decretal paragraph thereof and substituting the following decretal paragraph therefor:
"ORDERED that the motion is granted, execution of the judgment is stayed, and the appellant is released on non-monetary conditions, on condition that on or before March 9, 2023, the appellant shall report to the New York City Department of Probation, which shall place him under interim supervised probation with the same conditions that he was subject to prior to his incarceration, and the appellant shall comply with those conditions; and it is further,"
