| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 22, 2021. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for leave to appear for oral argument of the appeal and to use independent audio-visual recording equipment, including portable electronic devices, for photographing, or audio or video recording, transmission, or broadcasting within the Court's facility. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to strike the brief of the attorney for the children and to disqualify the attorney for the children.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appear for oral argument of the appeal is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 670.15, 1250.15[c]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
