Appeal by Jeremy Aaron Masiello from an order of the Supreme Court (IDV Part), Kings County, dated March 28, 2022. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Arleen T. Ralph, dated March 1, 2023, it is
