Appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 18, 2022, and September 15, 2022, respectively. Motion by the respondent-appellant Rose P., inter alia, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and cross appeals and to stay enforcement of so much of the order dated September 15, 2022, as directed the payment of certain fees and costs from the assets of the respondent-appellant Rose P., pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and cross appeals is granted and the appeals and cross appeals will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
