Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 3, 2022. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated January 27, 2023, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal by February 17, 2023. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
