ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court entered January 6, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, three dated July 20, 2021, and one dated July 22, 2021, respectively, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "January 6, 2022" and substituting therefor the date "January 6, 2023."
