| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Joseph Morris Weitzman, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 15, 1969, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Joseph M. Weitzman.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Joseph Morris Weitzman to Joseph M. Weitzman, effective immediately.
