Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Pelham, Westchester County, rendered January 4, 2023.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

Appellant, if he be so advised, may stay so much of the sentence imposing fines by filing an undertaking with the Justice Court (see CPLR 2505, 5519 [a] [2]).
