Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated November 21, 2022, which dismissed an appeal from the orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 21, 2022, and January 27, 2022, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate is denied with leave to renew upon the filing of an affidavit by appellant setting forth the potential merits to the appeal on or before April 14, 2023.
