Motion by appellant for a stay of trial pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated April 26, 2022, and to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to stay the trial is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to proceed as a poor person is denied as moot.
