Appeals from a so-ordered transcript of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, and from an order of the same court, both dated September 23, 2022. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal from the so-ordered transcript on the ground that the appeal was untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal from the so-ordered transcript is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
