| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated May 13, 2022, September 26, 2022, and December 21, 2022, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, in effect, for summary reversal of the orders dated May 13, 2022, and September 26, 2022, to extend the time to perfect the appeals, and for an order directing that the appeals be perfected together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to stay enforcement of stated portions of the orders and, in effect, for summary reversal, are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to extend the time to perfect the appeals and for an order directing that the appeals be perfected together are denied as academic, as the appeals were consolidated and timely perfected.
