DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 2, 2022. Motion by the respondents, in effect, to enlarge the record to include a copy of certain video surveillance footage. Separate application by the respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion, in effect, to enlarge the record is granted, and on or before April 14, 2023, the respondents shall serve and file a copy of the video surveillance footage submitted to the Supreme Court as Exhibit B to the affirmation of Jeffrey M. Pepe, dated November 9, 2021, by uploading a copy of the video footage, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before April 14, 2023, the respondents shall serve and file the respondents' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
