On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 27, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Orange County, both rendered November 16, 2021, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "Richmond" and substituting therefor the word "Orange."
