ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 24, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered November 18, 2021, is amended by deleting from the address of Steven Feinman the suite number "314" and substituting therefor the suite number "412."
