An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Niagara County, entered September 19, 2022, and respondent-appellant having moved for permission to conduct the appeal pro se and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to conduct the appeal pro se is dismissed as unnecessary, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an order directing the Clerk of Niagara County Family Court to provide appellant with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based is denied without prejudice to a motion for permission to proceed as a poor person.
