ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 24, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 30, 2022, issued pursuant to CPL 440.30(1-a), is amended by deleting from the Ind. No. in the caption thereof the year "2014" and substituting therefor the year "2004."
