Motion by the respondent Maria Loreti, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from a denial of an application to sign an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, which occurred on November 30, 2022, to disqualify counsel for the petitioners, and to enjoin the petitioners from taking certain actions relating to the management of the respondent 1466 E. Gun Hill Rd. Corp.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
