ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 6, 2022, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 11, 2022. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the order and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order is denied; and it is further,
