ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 15, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from the denial of an application to sign an order to show cause of the Family Court, Queens County, which occurred on February 9, 2023, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the number "F-4656-2020" and substituting therefor the number "F-4656-2020/21A."
