Appeals from twelve orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, ten dated March 26, 2019, one dated May 20, 2019, and one dated May 26, 2019. Motion by the respondents in Appeal No. 9 to substitute the administrators of the estate of the deceased respondent Hannah J. Sweeny as respondents, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the statutory stay imposed by her death and by the deaths of certain other respondents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to substitute the administrators of the estate of the deceased respondent Hannah J. Sweeny as respondents and to amend the caption accordingly are granted, Michele Bolger and Michael Sweeny, as administrators of the estate of Hannah J.Sweeny, are substituted for the deceased respondent Hannah J. Sweeny as respondents, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the statutory stay imposed by her death and by the deaths of certain other respondents is denied.
