| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 26, 2020. Motion by the plaintiffs-respondents to substitute the administrators of the estate of the deceased respondent Hannah J. Sweeny as plaintiffs-respondents, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the statutory stay imposed by her death and by the deaths of certain other respondents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to substitute the administrators of the estate of the deceased respondent Hannah J. Sweeny as plaintiffs-respondents and to amend the caption accordingly are granted, Michele Bolger and Michael Sweeny, as administrators of the estate of Hannah J.Sweeny are substituted for the deceased respondent Hannah J. Sweeny as plaintiffs-respondents, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the statutory stay imposed by her death and by the deaths of certain other respondents is denied
