| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from six orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, four dated February 3, 2022, and two dated February 4, 2022, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is denied as academic.
