Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 15, 2017. Application by Bhojpattie Ramrattan, as administrator of the estate of Seeraj Ramrattan, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Seeraj Ramrattan, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Bhojpattie Ramrattan, as administrator of the estate of Seeraj Ramrattan, is substituted for the deceased appellant Seeraj Ramrattan, and the caption is amended accordingly.
