Appeal by Marque Copeland from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 21, 2019.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated March 15, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Name(s)" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the name "People of the State of New York," and substituting therefor the name "Marque Copeland."
