2023-01198 The People, etc., respondent, v Andre Dickenson, appellant. (Ind. No. 744/2011)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Andre Dickenson from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 28, 2022. By order to show cause dated February 10, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
CONNOLLY, J.P., MALTESE, ZAYAS and TAYLOR, JJ., concur.
