Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated October 6, 2022. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court dated October 25, 2022, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the order dated October 6, 2022, terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of the judgment dated October 25, 2022 (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied as academic.
