Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 18, 2022. Motion by the appellants, in effect, for leave to appeal from so much of the order as denied their motion for a protective order preventing the further examination before trial of a witness and to stay certain discovery in the above entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
