Appeal from a judgment of the City Court of Newburgh,Orange County, entered September 13, 2022.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed. Petitioner has withdrawn the petition, and in a Decision & Order dated March 3, 2023, the City Court vacated the judgment and warrant and dismissed the proceeding.
The appeal and this court's Decision & Order on motion dated February 15, 2023 is rendered moot.
