Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 21, 2022. Motion by the appellant to direct the respondent to release and publish the appellant's grades for the Spring 2022 semester and certify the appellant as a graduate of the respondent law school.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondent shall release to the appellant a copy of the appellant's grades for the Spring 2022 semester forthwith, and the motion is otherwise denied.
