| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 16, 2021, a judgment of the same court dated August 19, 2021, and a judgment of the same court dated August 20, 2021. Motion by Marianne Aalbue and Janice Pare Shirley, as executors of the estate of Doris Pare, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Doris Pare, to amend the caption accordingly, and, in effect, to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Doris Pare.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Marianne Aalbue and Janice Pare Shirley, as executors of the estate of Doris Pare, are substituted for the deceased respondent Doris Pare, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Doris Pare is vacated.
