An order having been entered on June 27, 2022, granting petitioner-appellant's motion to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning the Monroe County Public Defender, as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order having been entered on July 7, 2022, substituting Kathryn B. Friedman, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, on the Court's own motion,

It is hereby ORDERED that Gary Muldoon, Esq., 135 Corporate Woods, Suite 300, Rochester, New York 14623, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered January 25, 2022, in place and stead of Kathryn B. Friedman, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Gary Muldoon, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to May 15, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
