It is hereby ORDERED that Stephanie Davis, Esq., 118 West Van Buren Street, Oswego, New York 13126, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered August 19, 2022, in place and stead of Mark Funk, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Stephanie Davis, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
